Laythanette M. Shine is the founder and operator of USA Occupational Services. She established the company, originally named Sunshine’s Drug Testing Services LLC, in June 2009. Before embarking on her entrepreneurial journey, Laythanette resided in Freeport, New York, where she served as a conductor for the Long Island Railroad Transportation Authority in Jamaica, Queens. She obtained her collector certification from Examination Management Services, Inc. and earned a Business Entrepreneur Certification from the University of New York at Buffalo’s School of Management and her CASAC.
